The Architect of Record Consultancy is pleased to announce that we provide full File Representation in New York City with the New York City Department of Buildings and all agencies that have jurisdiction over your project.

We will act as your Filing Representative at all city agencies, secure approvals and permits, track and renew your permits when required, and secure your final Letter of Completion when all work has been satisfactorily executed.

As an option, the Architect of Record Consultancy offers Priority Same Day Filing Service at the Department of Buildings. This service assures your project will be reviewed on the same day that it is filed.
